Licence Fee 2. 1.1 You must pay the Licence Fee during the Period of Residence on the dates and in accordance with the payment terms set out in Schedule 1. 2.1.2 The obligation to pay the Licence Fee applies irrespective of your individual course dates (which may start later or finish earlier than the Period of Residence) and irrespective of when or if you actually move into the Accommodation. 2.1.3 If someone other than you pays all or part of the Licence Fee to us directly (e.g. a Sponsor or parent), this will not reduce or affect your responsibilities under the Agreement or result in any kind of rights or benefit to that other party.

The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.
