Licence Fee. The Licensee must pay HK$ as licence fee to the Government (“Licence Fee”) on the day of signing this Agreement.
Licence Fee. 1. The Publisher will invoice Licensee and/or Institutions for the Licence Fee payable at the addresses specified in Schedule 3.

UCD reserves the right to charge You a reasonable fee to cover its administrative expenses should it have to pursue You for payment.
