Library Facilities. Adequate library facilities shall be provided in all new school buildings. In existing build- ings, the BOARD shall provide such facilities as funds and space can be made available.

During the school year, the District shall make available to all school age children residing in the City of Xxxxxxx Hills, the District’s library facilities at the District’s Xxxxxxx Hills High School, El Rodeo School, Hawthorne School, Xxxxxxx Vista School, and Xxxxxx Xxxx School (“Library Facilities”) for a minimum of three (3) hours per week at the K-8 locations and a minimum of six (6) hours per week at Xxxxxxx Hills High School. In making available the Library Facilities, the District shall comply with the access, security, maintenance, and other provisions set forth in Exhibit B.
Library Facilities. 25.01 Employees shall be entitled to use the Music Library and Robarts Library at the University of Toronto, subject to the restrictions and terms and conditions defined in the Operating Agreement between The Royal Conservatory of Music and the University of Toronto, as it may be amended from time to time, and subject to any other restrictions and terms and conditions that may be imposed by the University of Toronto.
