Liaisons. Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.
Liaisons a. The Parties acknowledge they have a close working relationship and that neither Party desires an overly- bureaucratic or formal communication structure. To that effect, the Parties may communicate with each other through any appropriate liaison, as context may dictate.
Liaisons. To assist the Parties in the day-to-day performance of this Agreement, to ensure compliance, and provide ongoing consultation, a liaison shall be designated by the County and the Municipality. The County and the Municipality shall keep each other continually informed, in writing, of any change in the designated liaison. Liaisons. Each party will designate an individual to serve as the liaison between the parties to undertake and coordinate any day-to-day communications as may be required between the parties relating to their activities under this Agreement. Each party may change such liaison from time to time during the term of this Agreement upon written notice thereof to the other party.
Liaisons. We, (county prosecutor) and (each law enforcement agency having patrol jurisdiction) shall each designate one or more persons to serve as a liaison to appropriate local and county school officials.
Liaisons. The Contractor shall designate an employee of its' administrative staff to act as liaison between the Contractor and SCDHHS for the duration of the Contract. XXXXXX's Department of Managed Care will be the Contractor's point of contact and shall receive all inquiries regarding this Contract and all required reports unless otherwise specified in this Contract. The Contractor shall also designate a member of its senior management who shall act as a liaison between the Contractor's senior management and SCDHHS when such communication is required. If different representatives are designated after execution of this Contract, notice of the new representatives shall be rendered in writing to the other party within thirty (30) days of the designation.

The Contract Officer shall receive all inquiries regarding this Agreement and all required reports. Liaisons. For the implementation and care of this Agreement, each Party appoints the following individuals to provide oversight for the collaboration, resolving issues as they arise. All notices and other communications hereunder will be given in writing to the individuals named below and will be: (a) personally delivered; (b) sent via email or other electronic means; or (c) sent by commercial overnight courier service. Liaisons. All project management and coordination on behalf of the Department shall be through a single point of contact designated as the Department’s liaison. Grantee shall designate a liaison that will provide the single point of contact for management and coordination of Grantee’s work. All work performed pursuant to this Contract shall be coordinated between the Department’s liaison and the Grantee’s liaison. The liaisons for this Contract are:
Liaisons. (a) Each party shall designate one representative to act as such party’s primary contact person in connection with the Services (each, a “Liaison”) and each party may also designate a separate liaison for each Service provided hereunder (who shall act as such party’s primary contact person in connection with the applicable Service). The Liaisons will oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of this Agreement and shall attempt in good faith to resolve disputes between the parties. The parties have designated their respective initial Liaisons and provided contact information therefor on Schedule B. The parties shall ensure that their respective Liaisons shall meet in person or telephonically at such times as are reasonably requested by Provider or Recipient to review and discuss the status of, and any issues arising in connection with, the Services or this Agreement. Each party may re-designate its Liaison from time to time; provided that it shall notify the other party in writing of the name and contact information for the newly designated Liaison in accordance with Section 8.05.
