Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.
LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.
Liaisons Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.
Team Leaders 4.3.1 Team Leaders will be paid on the teachers’ scale according to their qualifications and length of service and in addition will be paid management units for responsibility.
Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.
Department Chairpersons The principal shall designate a high school librarian to serve as department chairperson, and such chairperson shall attend all school department chairperson meetings.
UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS 6.01 No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Corporation without proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Corporation will recognize:
Stewards Stewards who attend Union/Management and Professional Responsibility Committee meetings outside of scheduled work hours shall be paid at straight time rates for time spent at the meetings.
