Liability; Standard of Care. (a) The Manager shall have responsibility for the accuracy and completeness (and liability for the lack thereof) of any information with respect to the Manager, its personnel or a Fund’s strategies provided in writing to the Trust for inclusion in each Fund’s offering materials (including the registration statement, statutory prospectus, statement of additional information, summary prospectus and advertising and sales materials).
