The Depositor, as borrower with respect to the Junior Subordinated Debt Securities, shall be liable for all the debts and obligations of the Trust (other than with respect to payments of principal, interest, or premium, if any, on the Trust Securities) to the extent not satisfied out of the Trust's assets.
