Liability of the building contractor (Art. 84) The building contractor shall be held liable in respect of all works performed by him or his subcontractors until final acceptance of all works. During the warranty period, the building contractor shall carry out on the work, as required, all the works and repairs necessary to restore it to a good state of operation, and maintain it in this state. Any repairs to shortcomings are performed in compliance with the instructions of the contracting authority.
