Common use of Liability of Seller Clause in Contracts

Liability of Seller. It is hereby expressly agreed that any liability by Seller arising hereunder, for any reason whatsoever, shall be limited to Seller's interests in and to the Property and any proceeds received therefrom. It is further hereby expressly agreed that in no event shall any officer, director, employee, agent or representative of Seller have any personal liability in connection with this Agreement or the transaction envisioned herein.

Liability of Seller. It is hereby expressly agreed that any liability by Seller arising hereunder, for any reason whatsoever, shall be limited to Seller's ’s interests in and to the Property and any or the proceeds received therefromof the sale thereof, except as otherwise provided with respect to the indemnities set forth herein. It is further hereby expressly agreed that in no event shall any shareholder, officer, director, employee, agent or representative of Seller have any personal liability in connection with this Agreement or the transaction envisioned herein.
