Liability Cumulative. The liability of Credit Parties under Section 13.5 is in addition to and shall be cumulative with all liabilities of each Credit Party to Lender under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents or in respect of any Obligations or obligation of the other Credit Parties, without any limitation as to amount, unless the instrument or agreement evidencing or creating such other liability specifically provides to the contrary.
