Common use of LEVY FUND Clause in Contracts

LEVY FUND. 9.1 The Holder shall pay any charges or expenses for any services made available to the Property, Premises and/or the users thereof in respect of the week during which he is entitled to the use thereof, including without affecting the generality of the foregoing, charges for any recreational and entertainment facilities, telephone calls, transport and any services not recoverable as part of the levy fund.
