Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determination, or if no decision has been reached within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it may be submitted in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:

Level Two. 5.3.2.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five ten (510) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he/she may be submitted file the grievance in writing with the Teachers' Rights Activities Commission (heal) chairperson within five (5) school days after the grievance decision has been rendered at Level One, whichever is sooner. Such grievances shall then be filed by the aggrieved or by TRAC chairperson with the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the Superintendent's office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:within five (5) school days after receiving such written grievance.

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/his or her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne; or, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he or she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of with the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, 's designated representative. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance the Association's designated representative may refer it to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. A. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, it then the aggrieved person may within ten (10) school days render an appeal to the Board of Education. The request shall be submitted in writing by through the aggrieved or by Chief School Administrator, who will forward the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, request to the office Board of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he may be submitted file the grievance in writing by with the aggrieved Association within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or by ten (10) school days after the chairman of grievance was presented, whichever, is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilitieswritten grievance, the Association shall refer it to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no a decision has not been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievancemeeting at Level One, it he/she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the office of with the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The Schools, with a copy to the President of the ASA or his/her designee, within five (5) schools days after the decision at Level One, or fifteen (15) school days after the written grievance shall specify:was presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) 5 school days after the presentation of the grievance, it may be submitted he/she or the Association must submit the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, within six (6) school days to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached made by the immediate supervisor within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he/she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by within ten (10) school days with the aggrieved or by Superintendent and with the chairman Chairperson of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights Grievance Committee. The Superintendent shall review the grievance and Responsibilitiesany supporting material submitted, to shall discuss the office issue with all parties in interest present and shall render a written decision within fifteen (15) school days after the filing of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationlevel one, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he may file a grievance. If the aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it may be submitted in writing by simultaneously with the aggrieved or by the chairman President of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the office supervisor, and, if appropriate, the Director of Special Education, within 10 school days after the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The decision at level one or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance shall specify:was presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. If the aggrieved person or persons is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he may be submitted file the grievance in writing by with the aggrieved or by the chairman Chairperson of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, Responsibilities (hereinafter referred to as the office of PR&R Committee) within five (5) school days after the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:decision at Level One or ten

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationlevel one, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he may file a grievance. If the aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it may be submitted in writing by simultaneously with the aggrieved or by the chairman President of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights Association and Responsibilities, to the office of Building Administrator within 10 school days after the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:decision at level one or fifteen

Level Two. 5.3.2.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five ten (510) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he/she may be submitted file the grievance in writing with the Teachers' Rights Activities Commission (TRAC) chairperson within five (5) school days after the grievance decision has been rendered at Level One, whichever is sooner. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/his or her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne; or, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he or she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of with the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, designated representative. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance the Association’s designated representative may refer it to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition decision of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he/she may be submitted file the grievances in writing by with the aggrieved Association within ten (10) school days after the decision at Level One or by five (5) school days after the chairman of grievance has been presented, whichever is sooner. Within ten (10) school days after receiving the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilitieswritten grievance, the Association shall refer it to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he/she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by on the aggrieved or by appropriate grievance form with the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, Association for review with a duplicate copy to the office of Superintendent within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One to ten (10) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association Committee may refer it to the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:resolution.

Level Two. 5.2.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from One, he/she shall file the determination, or if no decision has been reached grievance in writing with the applicable Association representative within five (5) school days after presentation of the decision at Level One. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association will refer it may be submitted in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:Superintendent- Director.

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it may be submitted the member or the Association must submit the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, within six (6) school days to the office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance shall specify:Schools.

If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/his or her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determinationOne; or, or if no decision has been reached rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, it he or she may be submitted file the grievance in writing by the aggrieved or by the chairman of with the Association’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, =s designated representative.
