Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days of the filing of the grievance, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to the Superintendent within five (5) days.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the their grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days after discussion of the filing of grievance they may file the grievance, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to within ten (10) days of the Superintendent within five (5) daysLevel One response with the Chief Academic Officer on the form provided in the Appendix.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days of the filing of the grievancedays, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said file a formal grievance in writing to with the Superintendent within five (5) daysSuperintendent.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five ten (510) days of the filing after presentation of the grievance, the aggrieved person and/or Association grievant may refer said file the grievance in writing to with the Superintendent within five (5) daysDirector or the designated representative.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days after discussion of the filing of grievance he/she may file the grievance, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to within ten (10) day's of the Superintendent within five (5) daysLevel One response with the Chief Academic Officer on the form provided in the Appendix.

Level Two. a. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five seven (57) days of the filing after presentation of the grievance, he may file the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to with the Superintendent within five (5) daysof Schools, or his designee as long as such designee is not a member of a unit. The Step Two grievance must be signed by the grievant or any authorized officer of the Association.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five fifteen (515) working days of the filing after presentation of the grievance, or longer if agreed upon by all parties, he/she may file the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to with the Superintendent within five (5) daysSuperintendent.

Level Two. a. If the an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days of the filing of the grievancehe/she may, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to the Superintendent within five (5) days, file his/her written grievance with the Superintendent.

Level Two. a. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days after the alleged violation of the filing of contract giving rise to the grievance, the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievant must present his/her grievance in writing to the Superintendent within five (5) dayshis/her immediate administrator.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no written decision has been rendered at Level One within five (5) days of the filing after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the aggrieved person and/or Association may refer said grievance in writing to the Superintendent or designee within five ten (510) daysdays after the written decision at Level one.
