Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no written decision has been rendered within the required time, he/she may appeal to the Superintendent in writing within ten (10) working days of the written decision if rendered or twenty (20) working days of the date of filing the grievance, if no decision has been rendered. The appeal shall include a copy of the decision being appealed and the grounds for regarding the decision incorrect.
