Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after discussion of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten (10) days of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreement.

Level Two. i. If a. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One, One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance, he/she he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school principal days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementif no decision was rendered at Level One.

Level Two. i. (a) If the aggrieved person person(s) is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five ten (510) school days after discussion presentation of the formal grievance, he/she may file will refer the grievance in writing with to the Superintendent of Schools within fifteen (15) school principal within ten (10) days after the presentation of the formal grievance at Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreement1.

Level Two. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five 5 (5five) days after discussion of the grievance, grievance he/she may file the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten 10 (10ten) days of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C response with the superintendent of this Agreementschools.

Level Two. i. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no a decision has not been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion of the grievancemeeting at Level One, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten (10) days Superintendent of Schools, with a copy to the President of the Association or his/her designee, within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One response. The One, or fifteen (15) school days after the written grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementwas presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. i. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the written disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five ten (5l0) days after discussion of the grievance, he/she the aggrieved person(s) of teachers may file the grievance with the Superintendent of Schools in writing with the school principal within ten (10l0) days of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreement.Such Grievance will contain:

If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five fourteen (514) calendar days after discussion presentation of the grievance, he/she a grievance may file the grievance be filed in writing with to the school principal within ten (10) days Superintendent of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementschool.

Level Two. i. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance, he/she he may file the grievance in writing simultaneously with the school principal Association President and the Principal within ten (10) days of after the decision at Level One response. The or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementwas presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. i. a. If the aggrieved person grievance is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance resolved at Level One, One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with was discussed, the aggrieved person may submit the grievance within five (5) school principal within ten (10) days to the Superintendent of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this AgreementSchools.

Level Two. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition set forth in the written decision of his/her his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance, he/she or the Association representative may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) school principal within days after the decision at Level One or ten (10) school days of after the Level One responsegrievance was presented, whichever is sooner. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C Principal shall also receive a copy of this Agreementgrievance.

Level Two. i. Such a filing shall occur within ten (10) school days after discussion of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementwith the principal.

Level Two. i. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five seven (57) days after discussion the presentation of the grievance, he/she it may file be filed, in writing, with the Superintendent of Schools within seven (7) days after the decision at Level One or fourteen (14) days after the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten (10) days of the Level One response. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementwas presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five (5) school principal days after the decision at Level One or within ten (10) school days of after the Level One responsegrievance was presented, whichever is sooner. The Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association may refer the grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreementto the Superintendent.

Level Two. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of decision on his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance, grievance he/she may file the grievance in writing with the school principal Association within ten (10) school days of after the decision at Level One responseor five (5) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C Within ten (10) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Superintendent of this AgreementSchools.

Level Two. i. Level Two. i. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her their grievance at Level One, they may within seven (7) school days of that decision, file the grievance in writing simultaneously within the Association or if its designee and the principal. If no decision has been rendered within five seven (57) school days after discussion of the grievance, he/she the aggrieved may move to Level Two and shall have seven (7) school days to file the grievance in writing with the school principal within ten (10) days of the at Level One response.
