Level Two - Supervisor. If the problem is not resolved through the informal step, the grievant must file a written grievance with his/her principal or immediate supervisor within five (5) days of the response received at Level One - Informal Resolution. The immediate supervisor shall arrange and hold a meeting within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance. The Union, grievant and Board may present evidence to sustain their positions. Within five (5) days of the conclusion of the hearing, the Union and the grievant shall receive a written response from the immediate supervisor.
