Common use of Level Two - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level One.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision is rendered he/she may, within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant decision or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten seven (107) days after receiving the decisionLevel One meeting, or lack of one, at Level Onefile the grievance with the Superintendent with a copy to the Association.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. (a) If the grievant or the Association aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if no decision is has been rendered within the prescribed time, he or she may file his/her written grievance appeal with the superintendent within five (5) days after the presentation signed receipt of the grievancelevel one decision. In the event that the grievance is filed, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance must forward to the superintendent by delivering a the grievance and written notice of appeal statement(s) as to why the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level Oneresolution is not satisfactory.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If a. In the event a grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition decision at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five ten (510) days after the presentation of the grievance, and if the grievant or grievance qualifies for Level Two of the Association grievance procedure, he/she may appeal the grievance to the superintendent Superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s Superintendent's office within five (5) days after receiving notice of the decision, or within ten (10) days after receiving presentation of the decisiongrievance, or lack of one, at Level Oneif no written decision was rendered.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s 's office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level One.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association aggrieved person(s) is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, within seven days the grievance may be submitted to the superintendent. The superintendent, or if no his designee, shall file a written decision is rendered within five (5) seven days after the presentation close of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level Oneconference.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. A. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision is has been rendered within five ten (510) days after the presentation of the grievancegrievance at Level One, the grievant or the Association may appeal file the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal in writing to the superintendent’s office . The grievance must be filed with the superintendent within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, decision at Level One.One or twenty

If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition outcome of the procedure at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association he/she may appeal file the grievance to in writing with the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office Superintendent within ten (10) days after receiving receipt of the decision, or lack of one, at Level OneI response.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If the grievant or the Association aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level OneLlevel Oone, or if no written decision is has been rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the this grievance, then the grievant or grievent he/she may file a the written Level Two grievance in writing simultaneously with the president of the Association may appeal and the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office Superintendent within ten (10) days after receiving receipt of the decision, or lack of Formal the Level One written decision at level one, at Level One.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision is rendered he/she may, within five three (53) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of onewithin eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, at Level Onefile his/her written grievance with the Association for referral to the Superintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association is grievance has not satisfied with the disposition been satisfactorily resolved at Level One, or if no decision is rendered the grievant may, within five twenty (520) days after the presentation of the grievancePrincipal's or Acting Principal's response, the grievant initiate or the Association may appeal move the grievance to Level Two upon written notification to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal with copies to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack Board of one, at Level OneEducation.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision is rendered the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) working days after the presentation receipt of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, decision at Level One.
