Level One - Formal. If the grievance is not resolved within ten (10) days after the Grievant has provided the Supervisor written notice of the Informal Level discussion, it may be pursued further by submitting a completed Grievance Form to the Supervisor. In all levels of the formal proceedings, official Grievance Forms shall be made in triplicate: one (1) for the Grievant, one (1) for the Administration and one (1) for the Local. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Formal Grievance, the Supervisor shall schedule and hold a hearing of the grievance. The Supervisor shall take action on the written grievance within ten (10) days after such hearing.

Level One - Formal. 1. Within five (5) calendar days of the oral answer, if the grievance is not resolved, or if the grievant is unable for cause beyond his/her control to discuss the matter with the principal within the time limits prescribed in the informal step, it shall be stated in writing, and submitted to the principal on the form provided.
Level One - Formal. The grievant may submit a formal, written grievance to his/her Building Principal or Immediate Supervisor who will, within ten (10) days of receipt of said grievance, schedule a conference with grievant and either side’s representative(s). The form shall be complete, contain a concise statement of the grievance and must cite specific sections of the agreement being grieved. Within ten (10) days of filing, a hearing shall be conducted between the Grievant, the appropriate supervisor and the Association representative, and may include other parties who may be needed to give information relative to the claim. The appropriate supervisor shall write a disposition of the grievance within ten (10) days after such hearing. The disposition shall contain a concise statement of the reasons for the disposition and cite specific sections of this agreement applied to the disposition.
