Level of Effort. Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to market, promote, sell and distribute the Product in the OTC Market. In connection therewith, Distributor shall maintain, at its own expense, an adequately trained staff to enable Distributor to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
