Level Iv Board of Trustees. 9.6.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the Superintendent’s decision, the grievant may, within fifteen (15) work days, request, in writing, review by the Board of Trustees, whose decision shall constitute an exhaustion of administrative relief, subject to review by a court of competent jurisdiction. (30) calendar days, the decision of the Superintendent shall stand as the decision of the Board.

Level Iv Board of Trustees a. If either party is not satisfied with the findings or recommendations of the arbitrator, he/she shall appeal the decision to the Board of Trustees within ten (10) days.
Level Iv Board of Trustees. 11.3.4.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level III, the aggrieved may submit the grievance to the Board for consideration. Such action must be taken no later than fifteen (15) days after the mediator's private recommendation has been rendered. The Board of Trustees shall consider the grievance in executive session. The aggrieved and/or his/her representative may present written or oral argument to the Board of Trustees during the executive session. The Board of Trustees shall consider only those evidentiary materials which have been presented at prior levels. The decision of the Board of Trustees as to the disposition of the grievance is final.
Level Iv Board of Trustees a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, he/she may within ten (10) days appeal the decision in writing to the Board of Trustees by filing said appeal with the Superintendent. Upon receipt of the appeal the Superintendent or his/her designee shall prepare, within ten (10) working days, a full report for the Board of Trustees. This report shall include the statement of grievance and other pertinent materials. The grievant and the exclusive representative shall be given a copy of said report.
