Level I – Immediate Supervisor. 1. Within one (1) year after the occurrence of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, the grievant shall present his/her grievance in writing to the appropriate Association grievance chair and the immediate supervisor on the District grievance form (Appendix D). The grievance shall contain a clear and concise statement of the grievance, the circumstances involved, including any supporting evidence, the specific sections of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, the affected employee(s) and the specific remedy sought.
