Level Four. a. If the aggrieved employee is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, or if no decision has been rendered within thirty (30) calendar days after the grievance was delivered to the Board of Education, and if the grievance arises out of the interpretation of a specific article or section of this agreement, the Association may submit the grievance to arbitration within thirty (30) days.
