  • FORM OF TENDER 2.8.1 The tenderers shall complete the Form of Tender and the appropriate Price Schedule furnished in the tender documents, indicating the services to be performed.

  • Scope of Tender 1.1 The Procuring Entity as defined in the TDS invites tenders for supply of goods and, if applicable, any Related Services incidental thereto, as specified in Section V, Supply Requirements. The name, identification, and number of lots (contracts) of this Tender Document are specified in the TDS.

  • Period of Validity of Tenders 17.1 Tenders shall remain valid for the Tender Validity period specified in the TDS. The Tender Validity period starts from the date fixed for the Tender submission deadline (as prescribed by the Procuring Entity in accordance with ITT 21.1). A Tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Procuring Entity as non-responsive.

  • Sections of Tendering Document 5.1 The tendering document consist of Parts 1, 2, and 3, which include all the sections indicated below, and should be read in conjunction with any Addenda issued in accordance with ITT8.

  • Validity of Tenders 2.15.1 Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days or as specified in the Invitation to Tender after the date of tender opening prescribed by the Procuring entity, pursuant to paragraph 2.18.   • Submission of Tender The tender shall be submitted online in two part, viz., technical bid and financial bid. All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents before uploading.

  • Offer of Terms Contractor offers the same privacy protections found in this DPA between it and [Name of LEA] and which is dated [Enter Date] to any other LEA (“Subscribing LEA”) who accepts this General Offer though its signature below.
