LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times upon at least 24 hours prior notice for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees (only during the last six months of the Original Term or any extension thereof), and making repairs to the Premises as Lessor may deem necessary. All such activities shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor may, with Lessee's consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, place on the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs. During the last six (6) months of the term or any extensions, Lessor may place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" sign.
