Lessor Approval. The lessors of the Leased Property shall have provided to Seller and Purchaser duly executed and acknowledged assignments and assumptions of the Leased Property, in a form that is reasonably acceptable to counsel for Purchaser, each assignment and assumption to be contingent upon the closing of the transactions contemplated herein.

Lessor Approval. All Plans furnished under this Lease are expressly subject to Lessor’s written approval, which the City Manager is hereby authorized to act on behalf of for purposes of such approval, and which approval he or she may not unreasonably withhold or delay. No approval by the City Manager of any Plans furnished under this Lease pursuant to this section shall relieve Lessee of any obligation it may have at law to file such Plans with any department of the City or any other governmental authority having jurisdiction over the issues; or to obtain any building or other permit or approval required by applicable laws. Lessee acknowledges that any approval given by the City Manager pursuant to this Section shall not constitute an opinion or agreement by the City that the Plans are structurally sufficient or in compliance with any applicable laws.

Lessor Approval. The Lessee’s insurances at clause 10.1and 10.2 and must be on terms and conditions having regard to use of the Premises and Building for hangar/aviation purposes and with an insurer approved by the Lessor acting reasonably.

Lessor Approval. The Lessor does herby confirm its approval of the Lease on the terms and subject to the following conditions:
Lessor Approval. Lessor approves the Refurbishment Plan pursuant to Article X of the Lease. Lessor also expressly consents to Lessee’s conversion of units from AL to ALZ/memory care in whatever number Lessee elects.
Lessor Approval. (a) The design of the Initial Improvements covering the Major Features, but specifically excluding any interior improvements made for tenants or other occupants of the Buildings, shall be subject to Lessor's prior written approval; provided, however, that Lessor shall approve the foregoing to the extent they are consistent with and covered by the Approved Development Plan. Lessee shall submit any Initial Improvement Design Documents (as defined below) to Lessor for approval prior to making any application or submittal to the City or any other public agency with jurisdiction for any architectural review, design or site review, building permit or any other governmental approval for the Initial Improvements. Lessee's submission to Lessor shall include: (i) two duplicate sets of all design drawings and related design documents that are required by the City or other public agency with jurisdiction as a part of such application or submittal (singly or collectively, "Initial Improvement Design Documents"); and (ii) copies of the application and any other material supporting items to be submitted with the application to the City or other public agency with jurisdiction. Lessor shall have ten (10) Business Days to review and approve or disapprove the Initial Improvement Design Documents and such application, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Lessee shall not submit the application until after obtaining Lessor's written approval of the Initial Improvement Design Documents. In addition, following any necessary approval by Lessor, all submittals to the City or any other public agency with jurisdiction concerning the design of the Initial Improvements shall be submitted concurrently to Lessor for its information. At the election of Lessee, the Initial Improvement Design Documents may be submitted to Lessor for approval in phases, consisting of: (1) conceptual drawings; (2) schematic drawings; (3) design development documents with preliminary specifications; and (4) working drawings required for building permit submission.
