Lessee to Deliver Documents. 5.2.1. The Lessee will, upon written request by the Lessor and within 15 days of such request in the case of documents or records of the Lessee and within 30 days of such request in the case of documents or records of any other Person, deliver to the Lessor copies of such documents or records required to be retained pursuant to section 5.1 as the Lessor requires.

  • Agreement to Deliver Documents For the purpose of Sections 4(a)(i) and (ii) of this Agreement, each party agrees to deliver the following documents, as applicable:
