Common use of Lessee Improvements Clause in Contracts

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 1320 Expansion Space on an “"AS IS” " basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 1320 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Seven Hundred Forty Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.00115,710.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 1320 Expansion Space to Lessee’s 's specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9” "D-2" and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 1410 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 1410 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Twelve Thousand Eight Two Hundred Forty Eighty and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.0012,280.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 1410 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-8” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 1445 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 1445 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Seven Thousand Eight Two Hundred Forty Ninety and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.007,290.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 1445 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-5” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 500 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 500 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Thousand Eight One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.00147,500.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 500 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-7” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 1400 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 1400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.0011,050.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 1400 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-6” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 400 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Thousand Eight One Hundred Forty and 00/100 Seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,840.00147,600.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 400 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-4” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 820 1425 Expansion Space on an “AS IS” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 820 1425 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of Four Ten Thousand Eight Nine Hundred Forty Sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($4,840.0010,960.00) to refurbish the Suite 820 1425 Expansion Space to Lessee’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “D-9D-3” and incorporated herein.
