Length of Vacations. This paragraph shall not apply to part-time or casual employees. An employee shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with their years of employment as follows:
Length of Vacations. The scheduling and taking of vacations shall be on a calendar year basis. “Calendar year”, for the purpose of this Agreement, shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1, to December 31 inclusive.
