LENGTH OF USE. A full day stage rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facilities for a ten hour period between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Hourly overtime charges of $150 per hour or fraction thereof will be imposed for scheduling and use of the premises before 8:00 AM and or after 5:30PM, or on Saturday or Sunday, unless otherwise agreed upon. If a Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. A half day stage rental permits Renter to schedule and use the rented studio facilities for a five hour period between the hours of 8:00Am and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Renter must schedule start time in advance on the Booking Confirmation form. If Renter is late, the end time will not be changed. If the five hour time slot is exceeded, Renter will be required to pay the full day rental rate. There are no hourly rates.

LENGTH OF USE. Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of reservation. The Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time. Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while making a reservation. No drop-off or pick-up of equipment, props, or other materials will be permitted prior-to or subsequent-to each Booking unless otherwise agreed in advance. Where the Renter exceeds its allotted time by fifteen (15) minutes or more, the Renter will be charged an overtime fee of $75 per hour or part thereof. No refunds will be given for unused rental time.

LENGTH OF USE. The length of time available to any one (1) member through the Time Bank is six (6) calendar months; however, under exceptional circumstances a member on extended sick leave may apply for one (1) extension of time not to exceed three (3) calendar months if his/her physician will assure the committee that at the end of the extension of time the member will be sufficiently recovered to return to active duty.

LENGTH OF USE. GICCA reserves the right to review and modify if necessary, requests that exceed three consecutive days, in the interest of fair use. Movies, DVDs, TV Programs, or any copyrighted material shown to the public in our facility require a Public Performance License or permission from the owner of the material. See our scheduler for more information. *GICCA's 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status permits waiver of Rental Fees only for events qualifying as PUBLIC. Examples include: Educational, recreational and nonexclusive social activities open to the general public, nonpartisan voter events, candidate debates and civic engagement activities. **For-profit events, commercial venues, private parties, wedding receptions, retreats, invitation-only meetings, partisan political events specific to candidates for public office generally qualify as PRIVATE and are categorized as disallowed for free subsidized space.

In no event will additional charges be less than the hourly rate agreed upon for the contracted rental period.
