Length of School Day. The length of the school day, on the premises, for teachers, including both classroom and non-classroom time, shall be seven and one-quarter (7¼) hours for teachers grades Pre-K-5 and grades 6-12. The length of the school day for teachers who serve students at both levels (Pre-K-5 and 6-12) in the same day, including classroom and non-classroom time, is not to exceed seven and one-quarter (7¼) hours. The administration reserves the right to stagger the starting time for teachers with reasonable notice to teachers.
