Common use of Length of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Length of Agreement. This Agreement shall begin on the date the agreement is signed by both the Subgrantee’s Governing Body and the Division. The Agreement shall end September 30, 20xx unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 38 of this Agreement.
