Lenders’ Reliance Sample Clauses

The Lenders’ Reliance clause establishes that lenders are entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of information, representations, and warranties provided by the borrower or other parties in connection with a loan agreement. In practice, this means that lenders can make lending decisions and enforce their rights based on the information and assurances given, without needing to independently verify every detail. This clause is essential for allocating risk, as it protects lenders from losses arising from false or misleading information and ensures that borrowers are held accountable for the statements they make during the lending process.
