Common use of Lenders Meetings Clause in Contracts

Lenders Meetings. Parent and Borrowers will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Parent’s corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Borrowers and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Borrowers and Administrative Agent.

Lenders Meetings. (i) Parent and Borrowers Borrower will, upon the reasonable request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at ParentParent Borrower’s corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Borrowers Parent Borrower and Administrative Agent) Agent at such time as may be agreed to by Borrowers Parent Borrower and Administrative AgentAgent (each such meeting to be at Parent Borrower’s sole cost and expense).

Parent Entity and Borrowers its Subsidiaries will, upon the reasonable request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting or conference call of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Parent’s corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Borrowers Parent Entity and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be Agent (or, if agreed to by Borrowers and Administrative Agent, via teleconference) once in any Fiscal Year.

Holdings and Parent and Borrowers will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at ParentCompany’s corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Borrowers Company and Administrative AgentAgent or via conference call) at such time as may be agreed to by Borrowers Company and Administrative Agent.
