Common use of Lender Credit Decision Clause in Contracts

Lender Credit Decision. Each Lender and each Issuer acknowledges that it shall, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent or any other Lender conduct its own independent investigation of the financial condition and affairs of the Borrower and each other Loan Party in connection with the making and continuance of the Loans and with the issuance of the Letters of Credit.
