Legitimate Use. The customer will only use dutimo within the scope of the contractual and legal provisions and will not violate any rights of third parties when using dutimo. When using dutimo, the user shall in particular observe the provisions of advertising law, competition law and copyright law and shall not import any harmful or unlawful data or use or misuse dutimo in any other unlawful way.
