Legal Signature. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by any party herein by sending a facsimile of the signature or by a legally recognized digital or electronic signature. Such legal signature shall be binding on the party so executing it upon receipt of signature by the other party.
Legal Signature. Together, the User ID and Password will act as your legal signature, allowing access to the Services. The Bank will provide instructions on how to use the Services. Ordinarily, you may gain access to your OB Accounts through the use of a Computer or Mobile Device, your ISP, Password and User ID, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, the Bank may temporarily suspend access for purposes of maintenance, updating and revising software, without liability to you. The Bank's Business Days are Monday through Friday, beginning at 9:00 AM ET, excluding holidays and weekends. All OB transaction requests or Xxxx Payment Scheduling received after 12:00 PM ET on Business Days, and transactions requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be processed the next Business Day. A request to initiate a transfer of funds through ACH made after 2:00PM ET will also be treated as having been received on the next Business Day.
