Common use of Legal Right Clause in Contracts

Legal Right. Borrower has all requisite legal right (a) to execute and deliver this Agreement and the Loan Documents applicable to Borrower, together with all other documents contemplated herein to be executed by Borrower, and to consummate the transactions and perform the Obligations hereunder and thereunder, and (b) to own Borrower’s properties and assets.
