Legal Right. NeuroBo and Consultant each covenant and warrant that it has the unlimited legal right to enter into this Agreement and to perform in accordance with its terms without violating the rights of others or any applicable law and that it has not and shall not become a party to any other Agreement of any kind which conflicts with this Agreement.
