LEGAL RECOURSE. The Executive further agrees that the covenants in Sections 6 and 7 are made to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company. The Executive understands as a part of these covenants that the Company intends to exercise whatever legal recourse against him for any breach of this Agreement and in particular, for any breach of the covenants in Sections 6 and 7.
