Legal Provisions. 3. The Contractor's attention is drawn to the provisions of NISR 2003 specifically regarding the protection of SNI. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to make sure that all individuals employed on any work in connection with the Contract are informed that these statutory provisions apply to them and shall continue to do so after the completion or earlier termination of the Contract.
