Common use of LEGAL PERSONALITY Clause in Contracts

LEGAL PERSONALITY. This Agreement or the cooperation contemplated herein shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a legal entity or partnership between the Members nor make a Member the agent or representative of another Member unless expressly stated otherwise. In its external relations, the Consortium will not act neither independent of its Members nor under its own name. Each Member appoints the Consortium Manager to act in the Consortium Manager’s own name but on account of all Members concerned.
