Common use of Legal or Equitable Action Clause in Contracts

Legal or Equitable Action. If any legal or equitable action with respect to the Plan is brought by or maintained against any person, and the results of such action are adverse to that person, attorney's fees and all other costs to the Employer, the Administrator or the Trust of defending or bringing such action shall be charged against the interest, if any, of such person under the Plan.
