Grant approval of the Operation from (date); - Subsidy Contract No [ insert Operation ID] signed between the Lead Beneficiary Managing Authority and the Managing Authority Lead Beneficiary; - the approved Application [insert ID] in the electronic monitoring system (eMS); - Project Implementation Manual; - National rules applicable to the Beneficiaries.
