Common use of Legal Document Clause in Contracts

Legal Document. This is a binding legal document, and all parties are encouraged to have this reviewed by their respective legal advisors to ensure that they understand all the provisions and implications of this Contract. This Contract shall be read and interpreted according to its plain meaning and ambiguities shall not be construed against either party. It is expressly agreed by the parties that the judicial rule of construction that a document should be more strictly construed against the draftsperson thereof shall not apply to any provision of this Contract.
