Legal Costs and Expenses. If any suit or legal proceeding is brought by either party to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement or any of its rights hereunder, the prevailing party in such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover all of its reasonable costs and expenses incurred in such suit or legal proceeding, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
