Common use of Legal Consequences Clause in Contracts

Legal Consequences. The relationship between You and Apple established by this Schedule 2 may have important legal and/or tax consequences for You. You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility to consult with Your own legal and tax advisors with respect to Your legal and tax obligations hereunder. By clicking to agree to this Schedule 3, which is hereby offered to You by Apple, You agree with Apple to amend that certain Apple Developer Program License Agreement currently in effect between You and Apple (the “Agreement”) to add this Schedule 3 thereto (supplanting any existing Schedule 3). Except as otherwise provided herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. Schedule 3
