Legal Assistance. You will, during this Agreement and for a period two (2) years following its termination however caused, supply such information and render such assistance as may be reasonably required by Cognos or any associated company in connection with any legal or quasi-legal proceeding to which either is or becomes a party. The foregoing will be at the full expense of Cognos, including reasonable compensation and the expense of seeking the advice of counsel in relation to such proceedings.
