Legal Assistance Program. The District shall pay one hundred percent of the premium for legal assistance programs for faculty members working 75% or more of a full-time faculty contract and their eligible dependents. Coverage provided shall meet the specifications on file at the District Business Office.

Legal Assistance Program. For the duration of this Agreement, effective on the first day of the month, 30 days following board approval, the District shall pay 100% of the premium for a Legal Assistance Program for benefit eligible bargaining unit members. Legal Assistance Program. The AAA assures that it will enter into contracts with providers of legal assistance which can demonstrate the experience or capacity to deliver legal assistance and that it will attempt to involve the private bar in legal assistance activities authorized under Title III-B, including groups within the private bar furnishing services to older adults on a pro xxxx and reduced fee basis. The AAA further assures that it will give priority to legal assistance related to income, health care, long- term care, nutrition, housing, utilities, protective services, defense of guardianship, abuse, neglect and age discrimination. AAA will not require any provider of legal assistance under Title III-B to reveal any information that is protected by the attorney- client privilege.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Employee Assistance Program A. The State recognizes that alcohol, nicotine, drug abuse, and stress may adversely affect job performance and are treatable conditions. As a means of correcting job performance problems, the State may offer referral to treatment for alcohol, nicotine, drug, and stress related problems such as marital, family, emotional, financial, medical, legal, or other personal problems. The intent of this section is to assist an employee's voluntary efforts to treat alcoholism, nicotine use, or a drug-related or a stress-related problem.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).
