Workers for the Provider must be made available to be interviewed by the Council if there are reasonable grounds to suspect there has been improper conduct.

The headings preceding the Articles are only intended to increase the legibility of this Agreement. The content and meaning of an Article placed under a particular heading is, therefore, not limited to the meaning and content of the heading. All notices by or/and between Parties pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and sent by overnight courier, certified mail, facsimile of by hand delivery to the Party’s last known business address. Notices given by certified mail shall be deemed received five (5) business days after sending; notices given by overnight courier shall be deemed received one (1) business day after sending and notices given by hand and facsimile shall be deemed received upon delivery. All agreements between TIE and End User and the Parties’ rights and obligations under this Agreement, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, except for its rules with respect to conflict of law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim by any party arising out of or related to this Agreement, shall be vested in a qualified court in Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America.
