Legal and Regulatory Compliance. This Contract, operations under it by the Concessioner, and its administration by the Director, are subject to all Applicable Laws. The Concessioner must comply with all Applicable Laws in fulfilling its obligations under this Contract at the Concessioner's sole cost and expense. The Concessioner must give the Director immediate written notice of any violation of Applicable Laws by the Concessioner, including its employees, agents or Contractors, and must promptly correct any violation.
